Healing guided by presence
and universal energy
My name is Shamsi. I’m a natural and spiritual healer, offering compassionate energy work to help you relax, reconnect with yourself, and find inner peace.
My journey
My name is Shamsi, and I consider myself a natural and spiritual healer. My understanding of healing has not come from formal classes, certificates, or traditional academic training. Instead, it has developed through my own life experiences, meditation, inner transformation, and what I believe to be a connection with universal energy.
For much of my life, I experienced difficulties that deeply affected me. Like many people, I faced periods of pain, confusion, loneliness, and emotional struggle. These experiences were not easy, but they eventually led me to search for a deeper meaning in life. I began to understand that hardship can sometimes become a teacher. Although suffering was painful, it encouraged me to look within myself and search for a way to heal.
At a certain point in my life, I began practicing meditation as a way to find peace and heal myself. At first, meditation was simply a method of calming my mind and managing my emotions. I wanted to escape the constant pressure of difficult thoughts and painful experiences. Little by little, however, meditation became much more than a relaxation practice. It became a doorway into a deeper awareness of myself and the world around me.
Through meditation, I began to feel connected to something greater than my individual self. I describe this force as universal energy — the energy that exists throughout life and connects all living beings. I do not claim to control this energy. Rather, I feel that I become a channel through which it can flow. When I work with someone, my intention is to offer peaceful, compassionate, and supportive energy to that person.
A deeper awakening
Over time, the way I meditate has changed. During meditation, I feel my body connecting with a natural force that guides me through postures and movements, leaving me feeling more energised and relieved. This experience has helped me understand how practices such as yoga, qigong, and tai chi may have originated. These movements feel familiar and meaningful to me, even though I have never formally studied or completed courses in these disciplines.
This is one of the most mysterious parts of my journey. I sometimes feel that these movements come from a deeper memory within me. I have the personal impression that, in previous lives, I may have been a healer or a practitioner of energy-based movement. I also sometimes feel that I may have been connected with practices similar to tai chi. I cannot prove where these impressions come from, but they feel natural and familiar when they arise. They seem to appear from somewhere beyond ordinary conscious learning.
I believe these experiences became more noticeable after my spiritual awakening. For me, awakening was not a single moment but a gradual transformation. It began with meditation and self-healing, then developed through profound inner experiences that changed the way I understood life. I began to sense that existence may be much larger and more mysterious than what we ordinarily perceive. I became aware of the vastness of life and began to consider the possibility of other dimensions of existence and levels of consciousness.
Some of these experiences were so profound that I find them difficult to describe with ordinary words. They were not simply thoughts or ideas. They felt deeply personal, powerful, and transformative. They changed my perception of myself, other people, and the purpose of life. I began to feel that consciousness may continue to develop in ways that we do not fully understand.
Humility and responsibility
These experiences also gave me a stronger sense of responsibility. If I am able to support another person, I believe I must do so with humility and respect. I do not consider myself superior to anyone, and I do not believe that I possess all the answers. My role is not to control another person’s life or make promises about their future. My role is to offer compassionate energy and create a peaceful environment in which people may feel supported.
My journey as a healer began not through formal education, but through personal hardship, meditation, self-discovery, and spiritual experiences. The difficult parts of my life led me inward, and the inward journey opened a new understanding of energy, consciousness, and healing. I believe that my abilities, whatever their origin, developed through sincere intention and a desire to help others.
Today, I continue to learn through meditation, observation, and experience. I remain open-minded about the meaning of my spiritual memories and unusual experiences. Whether they come from past lives, the deeper layers of consciousness, or a source I do not yet understand, they have shaped who I am. They have taught me that healing is not always about removing every difficulty. Sometimes healing means finding strength, acceptance, peace, and meaning in the middle of life’s challenges.
